Big ups to my friend and long-time UrbEx Bromance, Exothermic, who helped find this location. You may have moved to Seattle or something, but your legacy forever lives between my lens and UV filter.

Ran across your blog. Love your shots. I do some HDR myself, when I get the chance. I'm in north Alabama, part of North Alabama Photographers Guild (on Flickr). Would love to go shooting with you sometime!!
ReplyDeleteWhat are you talking about, none of this is HDR! How dare you. Thanks for the compliments! ;)
ReplyDeleteThese are exquisite! Where did you find this location at? I love it
ReplyDeleteI can not say
ReplyDeleteHey, Have you ever thought about trying to get into Century Plaza and take some pics? That or the old Toys R Us over there in Crestwood. I would cry if you could do that. :)
ReplyDeleteThey have a security guard posted up there and the place is kept locked up pretty well. I wouldn't expect there to be anything of interest remaining anyway.
ReplyDeleteI was at crestwood plaza yesterday. It was pretty locked down and I could hear electricity humming by one of the entrances, making me worry if they have electricity there could be alarms active... but I have no idea.
ReplyDeleteThis was destroyed in the tornado. I explored it about a week after the April 27th tornado.
ReplyDeleteSo creepy.
Some of these look like the setting for the game Outlast. I guess any dilapidated hospital/med center would, but something about the hole in the wall, looking at a single chair...
