More Tornado

I apologize to the people whose homes and privacy I may have imposed on during this trip. I sincerely hope that my pictures might bring attention to this area. If my photography helps one person in any way then my efforts have been worthwhile.  The greater good.

Words and pictures alone cannot properly convey the devastation. Complete. Total. Absolute.

What's Left of Tuscaloosa

These pictures are just a small example of the devastation in and around Tuscaloosa, Alabama right now. Total destruction.  Miles long. Miles wide. You see a pile and wonder if it is a house. You stare for a few minutes and still do not know. 

It is most interesting to look in these piles and see people's lives, once private, now exposed in the sunshine, laying on the ground.
